Pro Client Affiliate Program Terms
These Terms supplement the Urbanmount Pro Agreement when an existing Pro refers a genuinely new Customer through an approved Pro Client Affiliate offer. This program is separate from Pro Recruiting and Customer Referral. It does not create a Customer-to-Pro referral program.
The offer shown for participation states the reward type, amount or rate, the referring Pro's primary service area (called a “Metro”), earning period, Customer benefit if any, qualifying event, limits, and other offer-specific details. That offer is part of these Terms for the recorded referral.
1. Eligible new-Customer referrals
An eligible Pro may refer a person through an approved invitation, link, or code. A Pro-created Custom Offer may identify the originating Pro only when the recipient does not have an Urbanmount Customer account and creates a genuinely new account through the valid acquisition process while the affiliate offer permits it.
Sending, accepting, or paying a Custom Offer for an existing Customer account does not establish or change referral ownership. A Custom Offer may identify an acquisition source only. Its Service scope, charge, payment, and payout are governed separately and are not part of affiliate commission.
2. Sharing does not reserve an offer
Sharing or viewing a link, code, invitation, or Custom Offer does not reserve an amount or rate, preserve an earlier offer, start an earning period, or create an amount payable.
When the new Customer successfully creates an eligible account, the offer then available for the referring Pro's primary Metro becomes part of the recorded referral. The Customer's later move, Service locations, or performing Pros do not change who receives referral credit or which offer applies.
The referring Pro must use Urbanmount's supplied disclosure or clearly explain that the Pro may receive compensation if the recipient qualifies. The Pro may not make a false claim about savings, earnings, Service quality, or eligibility.
3. Permanent and exclusive referral source
When an eligible new account is created, its first eligible source becomes the Customer's exclusive permanent referral source. The source may be another Customer, a Pro, or a Store, but never more than one. An account created without an eligible source remains unattributed.
A later code, link, Store journey, Pro invitation, Custom Offer, move, period of inactivity, purchase, or end of an earning period does not change who receives referral credit. Urbanmount may make a correction only when evidence shows an error or fraud. The earning period may end while the record identifying the referrer remains.
4. Reward types and earning period
The offer uses one Pro reward type:
- a fixed referral payment after eligible new-Customer signup or the first eligible completed Service; or
- a percentage commission on eligible completed and settled native Urbanmount Auto-Match Services purchased by the referred Customer during the stated earning period.
Creating a booking is not enough for a Service-based reward. The percentage will not exceed 20%. A percentage earning period must be longer than zero, starts when the eligible Customer account and referral are created, and will not exceed five years. The offer shows the exact rate and start and end rules.
When the earning period ends, new Services no longer earn commission. The end does not release the permanent source or erase an amount already accrued, vested, payable, or paid.
5. Amount used to calculate percentage commission
Percentage commission applies only to a Service that:
- began through Urbanmount's native Customer booking process;
- was fulfilled through Urbanmount Auto-Match or Auto-book;
- was completed; and
- has a successfully collected or settled Customer payment.
The commission is based on the final settled eligible Service subtotal after Customer discounts or credits. It excludes tax, tips, products, materials and pass-through amounts, Service Changes and added charges, Custom Offers, B2B or partner-paid orders, White Label or Store fulfillment, Search, manual or custom assignment, and every cancelled, refunded, reversed, failed, or charged-back amount.
A partial refund, reversal, or chargeback changes commission only for the affected Service amount. It does not reduce the Work Order payout of the Pro who performed the Service.
6. Customer benefit
The offer separately states whether the new Customer receives no benefit or a supported account-bound benefit. A Customer benefit does not change the referring Pro's source or reward.
Urbanmount account credit cannot be transferred and has no cash value. A first-Service Promotion cannot be combined with account credit for the same Service. Neither applies to tax or tips. The offer states eligibility, savings, maximum, expiry, and cancellation or restoration treatment.
7. Funding, payout, and taxes
Urbanmount funds the fixed referral reward or percentage affiliate commission. It is paid to the referring Pro's verified payout account and is never deducted from the Pro who performs a later Service.
For a Service-based reward, the timing begins after both eligible Service completion and successful Customer-payment settlement. Urbanmount makes the vested amount payable or starts payout within 30 days. A fixed signup reward uses the signup and validation milestone stated in the offer.
The referring Pro must provide the identity, payout, and tax information reasonably required for payment. Each Pro is responsible for the Pro's own taxes. Urbanmount may report, withhold, or delay transfer while required information is completed. A referral amount does not become Work Order compensation and does not expose another Pro's earnings.
8. Denial, correction, and reversal
Urbanmount may deny, hold, cancel, forfeit, correct, deduct, reverse, recoup, set off, or recover a reward, commission, or related value when Urbanmount suspects or determines error, an ineligible or duplicate account, self-referral, fabricated account or Service, coordinated abuse, fraud, illegality, material breach, invalid qualification, cancellation, refund, reversal, chargeback, debt, missing required information, provider restriction, or misuse of the Platform, program, link, code, invitation, or offer.
Urbanmount may apply a correction or established obligation against current or future Work Order payouts, tips, rewards, commissions, credits, benefits, or other amounts and may recover a remaining balance. A later offer change does not by itself alter the source, rate, or earning period recorded for an existing assignment, but Urbanmount's fraud, error, breach, recovery, withholding, offset, and enforcement rights continue.
9. Status, privacy, and records
Urbanmount may keep the Pro and Customer account identifiers; referral source and context; primary Metro; Custom Offer acquisition source when applicable; offer and program terms; qualification, Service, payment, commission, payout, tax, fraud, and correction information; and the dates and actions needed to run and document the program.
The referring Pro may receive a limited status such as pending, qualified, denied, accrued, payable, paid, or reversed, together with the program amount and a general reason when appropriate. The Pro does not receive the Customer's private address, payment credentials, messages, detailed Work Orders, unrelated history, or the performing Pro's private payout information.
See the Privacy Policy and Pro Agreement.
10. Program changes and disputes
Urbanmount may change an offer or end new participation prospectively. A shared link does not preserve an earlier offer. A change does not by itself alter an existing referral source, rate, or earning period, but Urbanmount may exercise the denial, withholding, cancellation, forfeiture, correction, setoff, and recovery rights stated in these Terms.
Email support@urban-mount.com for an ordinary referral-status or payout question. A formal Pro-Urbanmount dispute follows the informal-resolution and Pro arbitration terms in the Pro Agreement, including any valid opt-out or exception. The accepted source, offer, policy, Service, calculation, payable, and payout records control over a screenshot or summary.
