Pro Recruiting Program Terms
These Terms supplement the Urbanmount Pro Agreement when an existing Pro refers a prospective Pro through an approved Pro Recruiting offer. Pro Recruiting is a Pro-to-Pro program. It is separate from Pro Client Affiliate and Customer Referral. Urbanmount does not offer a Customer-to-Pro referral program.
The offer shown for participation states the referring Pro's primary service area (called a “Metro”), the eligible Metro rule for the prospective Pro, fixed reward, qualifying milestone, timing, and other offer-specific details. That offer is part of these Terms for the recorded referral.
1. Eligibility and the referring Pro's Metro
The referring Pro must have one valid primary Metro and satisfy the offer's other participation requirements. That Metro determines which recruiting offer applies. If the Pro's primary Metro is missing or invalid, the referral is not eligible until it is corrected. Urbanmount will not infer a Metro from a Customer, Service address, device, IP address, or free-text location.
The prospective Pro must be genuinely new and use the approved referral. Self-referrals, duplicate or controlled accounts, fabricated identities, automated or fake accounts, coordinated abuse, and fraud are not eligible.
2. Sharing does not reserve an offer or reward
Sharing or viewing a recruiting link or code does not reserve an amount, preserve an earlier offer, create an amount payable, or guarantee that the prospective Pro will qualify.
Urbanmount records the recruiting referral and the offer that applies when the prospective Pro completes the eligible account or onboarding claim. A later offer does not change that recorded referral.
If the offer provides a reward, the referring Pro must use Urbanmount's supplied disclosure or clearly explain that the Pro may receive compensation if the recipient qualifies. The Pro may not promise approval, earnings, job volume, a Service area, or another result Urbanmount has not guaranteed.
3. Target-Metro rule
The offer uses one of these rules for the prospective Pro's primary Metro:
- any supported primary Metro; or
- a stated list of supported primary Metros.
Urbanmount evaluates the primary Metro in the prospective Pro's onboarding information when the selected qualifying milestone occurs. A Customer Metro, Service location, signup IP address, inferred city, or earlier selection does not decide eligibility. If the Metro does not meet the rule, the referral earns no reward and the referring Pro receives an appropriate general reason.
4. Fixed reward and qualification
Pro Recruiting provides only a fixed cash reward. It does not provide a percentage commission, revenue share, payment for links or clicks, payment for sending an invitation, or duplicate staged rewards.
The offer selects one qualifying milestone:
- creation of an eligible Pro account with the required onboarding information and primary Metro; or
- activation after the required onboarding, verification, insurance, and eligibility steps are complete and the Pro is active.
These milestones are alternatives. A job or completed Service is not required and is not a supported milestone for this program.
Urbanmount funds the reward. It is never deducted from either Pro's Service earnings, Work Order payout, or balance. Urbanmount makes a vested reward payable or starts payout within 30 days after the qualifying milestone is completed and validated.
5. Payout and taxes
The referring Pro must keep the payout, identity, and tax information reasonably needed to receive a cash reward up to date. Urbanmount pays the reward to the referring Pro's verified payout account. A transfer problem does not turn the reward into Service earnings or permit a deduction from another Pro.
Each Pro is responsible for the Pro's own taxes. Urbanmount may report a reward, request taxpayer information, apply required withholding, or delay transfer until required information is provided. These Terms do not promise a particular tax form or classification.
6. Denial, correction, and reversal
Urbanmount may deny, hold, cancel, forfeit, correct, deduct, reverse, recoup, set off, or recover a reward or related value when Urbanmount suspects or determines error, an ineligible or duplicate account, self-referral, fabricated identity or milestone, coordinated abuse, fraud, illegality, material breach, invalid activation, debt, missing required information, provider restriction, or misuse of the Platform, program, link, code, or offer.
Urbanmount may apply a correction or established obligation against current or future Work Order payouts, tips, rewards, commissions, credits, benefits, or other amounts and may recover a remaining balance. A later program change does not by itself alter the offer recorded for an existing assignment, but Urbanmount's fraud, error, breach, recovery, withholding, offset, and enforcement rights continue.
7. Status, privacy, and records
Urbanmount may keep referral identifiers; each Pro's account and primary Metro; the referral offer and program terms; qualification, eligibility, insurance, payment status, tax, fraud, correction, and communication information; and the dates and actions needed to run and document the program.
The referring Pro may receive a limited status such as pending, qualified, denied, payable, paid, or reversed and a general reason when appropriate. The referring Pro does not receive the prospective Pro's background report, screening result or reason, government identifier, payout credentials, private onboarding materials, or unrelated account information. Stores receive no Pro Recruiting or screening information.
See the Privacy Policy and Pro Agreement.
8. Program changes and availability
Urbanmount may change an offer or end new recruiting participation prospectively. A shared link does not preserve an earlier offer. The offer recorded for an existing recruiting referral continues to control it.
A change does not alter an existing recorded referral or the offer recorded for it. Urbanmount may pause participation, qualification, transfer, or rewards and exercise its denial, withholding, cancellation, forfeiture, correction, setoff, and recovery rights while investigating fraud, security, breach, abuse, or error.
9. Support and disputes
Email support@urban-mount.com for an ordinary recruiting-status or payout question. A formal Pro-Urbanmount dispute follows the informal-resolution and Pro arbitration terms in the Pro Agreement, including any valid opt-out or exception. The accepted referral, offer, milestone, policy, payable, and payout records control over a screenshot or summary.
