Community and Content Standards
These Standards apply to Customers, Pros, Store users, visitors, and anyone who submits content or interacts through Urbanmount. They are part of the Platform Terms and the Pro Agreement documents shown to the Pro.
They are meant to protect people, property, rights, marketplace integrity, and reliable Service records. They do not promise that Urbanmount can prevent every violation or guarantee anyone's conduct.
1. Respect and nondiscrimination
Do not harass, threaten, intimidate, stalk, exploit, or discriminate against anyone. Do not deny or degrade a Service based on a protected characteristic or use slurs, hateful content, unwanted sexual conduct, or retaliation.
Urbanmount may apply relevant safety, legal, licensing, Service-availability, and capability requirements when they are genuine requirements and not a pretext for unlawful discrimination.
2. Safe and lawful Services
Do not request, offer, accept, or perform work that is unlawful, dangerous, prohibited, unlicensed, or materially misrepresented. Disclose known hazards and stop work when conditions are unsafe or outside the accepted scope.
Do not bring an unauthorized helper, substitute, weapon, controlled substance, or unsafe tool to a Service. Do not enter property or access an account without permission. Follow applicable building, owner, parking, access, permit, and other rules.
3. Fraud and marketplace integrity
Do not:
- impersonate a person or business or falsify identity, insurance, screening, licensing, tax, payment, completion, or other information;
- manipulate price, scope, time, quantity, eligibility, opportunity, review, refund, claim, payout, or settlement information;
- evade a disclosed Platform fee or move a Platform-booked transaction to an unauthorized off-Platform payment;
- misuse Promotions, referrals, credits, chargebacks, refunds, tips, ProjectCare, or reporting processes;
- create duplicate, fake, coordinated, or misleading accounts or transactions; or
- interfere with a legitimate review by a Store, payment provider, insurer, investigator, regulator, or another person.
4. Privacy and data use
Use Customer, Pro, Store, and Service information only for the authorized account, Service, support, or legal purpose. Do not sell it, use it for unrelated marketing, publish a private address or message, scrape it, use it to train a model, infer sensitive traits, or disclose it to an unauthorized person.
Do not capture audio, video, images, documents, credentials, payment details, or precise location without permission and any required notice or consent. Service media must be limited to a legitimate Service purpose and stored through approved systems.
5. Reviews and public content
A review must describe a genuine transaction or direct experience. It may be critical, but it must not be fabricated, purchased, coerced, retaliatory, irrelevant, unlawfully discriminatory, or based on a prohibited incentive.
Do not include private contact, payment, screening, identity, precise-location, safety, medical, or legal information in a review. Do not submit content that is defamatory, deceptive, unlawful, infringing, sexually exploitative, graphically violent without legitimate context, malicious, or a serious safety risk.
Urbanmount may label content, limit its distribution, request support for a claim, narrowly redact a removable private detail, decline to publish content, or remove content under these Standards. Urbanmount may pre-screen, monitor, or verify a submission, but is not required to do so for every submission. User content reflects its author's views; displaying, ranking, labeling, moderating, or leaving content available does not make Urbanmount its author, sponsor, or guarantor.
Urbanmount may enforce these Standards based on the facts of a particular matter even if it took a different action in another matter. A delay or failure to moderate one submission does not waive Urbanmount's right to act later.
Once a review is successfully submitted, its author cannot edit, replace, or resubmit it. If the first submission fails and no review was recorded, the author may try again. A later Urbanmount label, redaction, distribution limit, or removal is a separate moderation action and does not make the original review editable.
6. Intellectual property
Submit only content you own or are authorized to use. Do not misuse Urbanmount or Store trademarks, copy Platform software or documentation, or upload another person's copyrighted work without permission or a valid legal basis.
The license, likeness rights, moral-rights waiver, and content-use release that apply when you submit content are stated in the Platform Terms.
Copyright notices and counter-notices follow the Copyright and DMCA Policy. Privacy, publicity, defamation, trademark, patent, and trade-secret concerns should be identified accurately instead of being mislabeled as copyright issues.
7. Platform and system use
Do not probe, bypass, disable, overload, scrape, inject malicious code into, or interfere with the Platform. Do not automate unauthorized access, harvest credentials, evade a security control, or reverse engineer except where a nonwaivable right permits it.
Report a suspected vulnerability through Security Reporting. Do not access or keep information beyond what is reasonably needed to show the issue.
8. Reporting a problem
Use the in-product report or email support@urban-mount.com for a conduct, safety, fraud, review, or Service issue. Include the account, Service, review, message, or content reference; what happened; and the help requested. Use legal@urban-mount.com for a formal legal submission. Use the Copyright and DMCA Policy for a copyright notice.
For an immediate threat or emergency, contact the appropriate emergency service first. Urbanmount Support is not an emergency service.
9. Review and enforcement
Urbanmount may investigate, preserve, label, restrict, hide, remove, suspend, or disclose content or related information; limit a feature; cancel or hold a transaction when authorized; restrict eligibility; suspend or deactivate an account; reverse an unsupported marketplace benefit; or refer a matter to an appropriate provider, insurer, regulator, or authority.
Urbanmount considers the seriousness of the conduct, available evidence, urgency, repetition, intent, harm, legal duties, and reliability of the Service information. It may act immediately for a serious safety or fraud risk, followed by prompt review when the action materially restricts a Pro.
A Store receives only the ordinary assigned-Pro and Service information needed for its booking. It does not receive background reports, Opportunity Score details, private communications, private fraud or safety evidence, or private support or legal records.
10. Appeals and corrections
A person may identify a factual error or provide material new information by replying through the method stated in the notice or emailing support@urban-mount.com. Include the decision or content reference, the claimed error, the requested correction, and available supporting information. A Pro restriction or deactivation follows the Pro Deactivation and Appeals Policy. A copyright counter-notice follows the Copyright and DMCA Policy.
The person reviewing an appeal must be able to correct the information and reverse or restore the affected access. Urbanmount does not promise a particular outcome and will not disclose another person's private or legally protected information merely to provide more detail.
