Cookie and Tracking Notice

This Notice explains how Urbanmount uses cookies, code built into apps, pixels, browser or app storage, identifiers, and other technologies to track, measure, analyze, advertise, communicate, and understand where visits or purchases came from. It applies to Urbanmount websites, apps, Store, Shopify and White Label experiences, and communications. It supplements the Privacy Policy and U.S. State Privacy Notice.

1. Types of technology Urbanmount uses

Urbanmount may use:

These categories and examples are not exhaustive. Urbanmount may add, replace, change, combine, automate, suspend, or discontinue technologies, identifiers, providers, connections with other services, methods, and purposes within the uses disclosed in this Notice and the Privacy Policy.

A referral or affiliate link identifies who may receive referral credit. Information stored in a browser, app, or link does not by itself assign an account, reserve an offer, or authorize unrelated advertising. The offer shown when Urbanmount confirms an eligible account and referral controls.

2. Technologies, providers, and information

Urbanmount and its service providers may collect or receive, including without limitation, cookie and browser- or app-storage values; app, browser, device, account, session, campaign, referral and advertising identifiers; IP address and approximate location; pages, screens, clicks, searches, bookings and conversions; communication delivery, open and link activity; app installation and link activity; error, reliability, and performance information; map, navigation, place and location requests; content and media requests; survey responses; and information inferred or created from those details.

Urbanmount may use independent providers for advertising, measuring where activity came from, analytics, reliability, security, communications, support, maps, navigation, media, surveys, content delivery, hosting, artificial intelligence, and other Platform functions. It may add, replace, change, or discontinue providers and connections with other services. A provider's own terms and privacy notice may also apply.

3. Advertising and other purposes

Urbanmount may use information about how a person found Urbanmount, audiences, accounts, devices, interactions, communications, content, Service interests, steps toward booking, completed bookings, approximate location, and related inferences for advertising, measuring which ads or referrals led to activity, analytics, personalization, research, development, security, fraud prevention, product improvement, and the other purposes in the Privacy Policy. Urbanmount provides a notice, permission request, or opt-out when applicable law or platform rules require it for a particular use.

4. Your choices

Use any privacy or tracking control shown on the Urbanmount website, app, or other experience you are using. Browser and device controls can also block or delete cookies or limit advertising identifiers, although blocking necessary storage may prevent a requested feature from working.

To make a privacy request or an advertising opt-out tied to an identified account, email legal@urban-mount.com. Urbanmount may verify the request and applies it to the account, device, browser, website or app, and use of information it can reasonably identify. The Privacy Policy and U.S. State Privacy Notice explain the available rights and limits.

Urbanmount honors a valid Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out from targeted advertising, sale, or sharing to the extent required and reasonably linkable. The signal generally applies to the browser and Urbanmount website where it is received. It does not automatically apply to another browser, device, app, or account unless the control says it does. It also does not stop authentication, Service, payment, security, fraud-prevention, legal, or other non-advertising uses of information.

On iOS, Urbanmount asks for AppTrackingTransparency permission before Apple-defined cross-company tracking. Refusing permission does not block core Platform functions and does not necessarily stop app technology from measuring permitted non-tracking activity, protecting security, or diagnosing errors.

Marketing email and SMS choices are separate from advertising-tracking choices. An advertising opt-out does not unsubscribe a communication, and unsubscribing does not reactivate or erase a broader privacy opt-out.

5. Store and White Label experiences

A Store may use its own tracking for its storefront, product sales, and independent marketing under the Store's privacy policy. Urbanmount separately controls tracking for Urbanmount accounts, Service formation, Work Orders, Platform support, payment information for Urbanmount-collected payments, fraud and safety, and Urbanmount marketing.

Branding, logos, or domains do not decide who controls how information is used. A Store-directed tag or campaign must have a stated purpose, approved information and audience, applicable contract terms, a notice when information is collected, and any required choice. A Store may not automatically reuse identifiable Urbanmount Service information for advertising audiences, resale, training artificial intelligence, unrelated profiling, or unrelated products.

6. Retention

Urbanmount keeps records of consent, preferences, and opt-outs as long as needed to apply and document the choice. How long Urbanmount keeps activity and identifier information varies by provider, product, account setting, and purpose. Urbanmount deletes or de-identifies information when it is no longer needed, subject to valid security, legal, and dispute requirements.

7. Changes to this Notice

Urbanmount will update this Notice when tracking categories or purposes materially change. Urbanmount will provide the notice or separate choice required before a new incompatible use.
