Customer Referral Program Terms

These Terms supplement the Urbanmount Platform Terms when an existing Customer refers a genuinely new Customer through an approved Customer Referral offer. Urbanmount does not offer a Customer-to-Pro referral program.

The offer shown when the new Customer creates an eligible account is part of these Terms. It states the benefits, eligibility, qualifying event, limits, and other offer-specific details. If that offer conflicts with these Terms, it controls only for a specific offer detail. These Terms control the general program rules.

1. Who may participate

An eligible existing Customer may share an approved referral link or code with a person who does not already have an Urbanmount Customer account. The referred person must create or claim a genuine new eligible account through that referral.

Self-referrals, duplicate or controlled accounts, automated or fake accounts, coordinated abuse, and people who already have or previously had an account are not eligible. The displayed offer may state additional limits. A Customer who was referred when creating an account may later refer other genuinely new Customers.

Customer Referral is available nationwide unless the offer clearly states a narrower lawful Service or channel limit. Eligibility does not depend on a later Service address or Metro.

2. Sharing does not reserve an offer

Sharing or viewing a referral link or code does not record a referral, reserve an amount, or preserve an earlier offer.

When the referred Customer successfully creates an eligible account, the offer then shown governs both benefit sides. A later program change does not change that recorded referral or a benefit already granted under it.

If the referrer may receive something of value, the referrer must use Urbanmount's supplied disclosure or clearly explain that the referrer may receive an Urbanmount benefit if the recipient qualifies. A participant may not make a false claim about earnings, savings, Service quality, or eligibility.

3. Permanent and exclusive referral source

When an eligible new account is created, its first eligible source becomes the Customer's exclusive referral source. The source may be another Customer, a Pro, or a Store, but never more than one. An account created without an eligible source remains unattributed.

A later link, code, Store journey, Pro invitation, Custom Offer, move, period of inactivity, purchase, or end of a benefit period does not replace or release the source. Urbanmount may correct the source only when evidence shows an error or fraud. There is no general right to change referral ownership.

4. Available Customer benefits

The displayed offer separately identifies any benefit for each side:

A benefit for one side does not guarantee a benefit for the other. Each side has its own recipient, qualifying event, use, expiry, correction, and status. Failure on one side does not automatically create, remove, or change the other side's benefit.

5. When the referring Customer qualifies

The offer uses one of these qualifying events:

  1. the referred Customer successfully creates an eligible account; or
  2. the referred Customer completes a first eligible Service.

Downloading an app, opening a link, requesting a quote, or creating a booking is not Service completion. When completion is required, the Service must also satisfy the payment, cancellation, refund, duplicate-account, and fraud conditions shown in the offer.

Unless the offer expressly states another supported limit, one referred Customer produces at most one benefit for the referrer.

6. Credits and first-Service discounts

Referral credit is an account-bound Urbanmount promotional credit. It is not cash, a deposit, or transferable value. It cannot be sold, withdrawn, or applied to tax or tips. It may be used only for eligible Urbanmount Services under the displayed credit and checkout rules.

A first-Service percentage benefit is a single-use, account-bound Promotion. The offer shows the percentage, maximum savings, eligible Service amount, minimums, and exclusions. A Customer may use one Promotion or available Urbanmount account credit for a Service, not both. Neither applies to tax or tips.

An unused referral credit or first-Service discount expires exactly one year after it is granted or claimed. Urbanmount shows the exact expiration date. Sharing a link does not start that period, and a later offer cannot change it.

If a payment or booking attempt fails before a benefit is used, the unused benefit is released. Cancellation, refund, and restoration follow the offer and the Cancellation, Refund, and Rescheduling Policy. A restored benefit keeps its original expiration date. A discount has no cash-refund value. When restoration is allowed, account credit is restored as credit rather than cash.

7. Denial, correction, and reversal

Urbanmount may deny, hold, cancel, expire, forfeit, correct, deduct, reverse, recoup, set off, or recover a benefit or related value when Urbanmount suspects or determines error, duplicate or ineligible accounts, self-referral, fabricated activity, coordinated abuse, fraud, illegality, material breach, invalid qualification, cancellation, refund, reversal, chargeback, debt, or misuse of the Platform, program, link, code, offer, credit, or Promotion.

Urbanmount may apply a correction against available account credit, a Promotion, a refund, another benefit, or an amount otherwise payable and may recover a remaining balance. A later program change does not by itself alter the offer that governed an existing assignment, but Urbanmount's fraud, error, breach, recovery, expiry, offset, and enforcement rights continue.

8. Status, privacy, and records

Urbanmount may keep the referrer and referred-account identifiers; referral link or code; referral source; offer and policy; eligibility and qualification information; benefit, use, expiry, cancellation, refund, fraud, and correction information; security information; and communications needed to run and document the program.

The referrer may receive a limited status such as pending, qualified, denied, granted, expired, or reversed and a general reason when appropriate. The referrer does not receive the referred Customer's private Service details, payment credentials, messages, address, or unrelated account activity. See the Privacy Policy.

9. Program changes and availability

Urbanmount may change an offer or end new participation prospectively. A link shared before a change does not preserve the earlier offer. The offer shown when the eligible account is created controls.

A change does not release the permanent referral source, change an existing assignment, or shorten the stated one-year expiry. Urbanmount may pause participation or benefits and exercise its denial, withholding, cancellation, forfeiture, correction, setoff, and recovery rights while investigating fraud, security, breach, abuse, or error.

10. Taxes, support, and disputes

Each recipient is responsible for any tax consequence of a benefit. Urbanmount may request information and may report or withhold a benefit when required. These Terms do not promise a particular tax form or classification.

Email support@urban-mount.com for an ordinary referral-status or benefit question. A formal dispute follows the notice and dispute process in the Platform Terms. The accepted referral, offer, policy, benefit, and transaction records control over a screenshot or summary.
